Mixology classes have become a popular activity for those looking to elevate their happy hour experience. Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or have always been curious about the art of bartending, these classes offer a fun and educational way to learn the art of mixology.

From classic cocktails to creative concoctions, mixology classes cover a wide range of drink recipes and techniques. You can expect to learn how to make timeless favorites like the Old Fashioned, Martini, and Margarita, as well as more adventurous and innovative drinks that push the boundaries of flavor combinations.

Shaken, Stirred, and everything in between, The Rolling Pour Mixology classes provide an interactive environment that combines entertainment, education, and creativity, making it a perfect choice for those looking to elevate their happy hour!

Our schedule has been full of these at-home or in-office experiences where participants learn how to make classic to complex cocktails and gain a deeper appreciation for the craft and artistry behind the bar.

These classes are perfect for family gatherings, birthdays, date nights and corporate functions!

Here’s how our mixology classes work:

First, we customize your experience by getting an overall feel of the occasion, spirits you enjoy, and cocktails you want to learn

Second, based on our consultation, I send you a short list of classic and more complex drink options where you get to choose up to 3 cocktails.

***If there are any modifications we need to make, those are discussed here.

Third, I provide you with an alcohol shopping list and we select the date, time and location.

From there, you can sit back and get excited for a memorable event of mixology and fellowship!

The Rolling Pour will provide all equipment necessary (shakers, bar spoons, muddlers, etc) as well as the mixers and garnishments.

During these classes, a professional & knowledgeable bartender will:

  1. Guide you through the step-by-step process of crafting the perfect cocktail.
  2. Share knowledge on the history of each drink, the importance of specific ingredients, and the art of balancing flavors.
  3. Offer modifications for different pallets.

You’ll get to learn how different spirits, bitters, and garnishes contribute to the overall look and taste profile of a cocktail.

So let’s grab our bar tools, gather your favorite spirits, and get ready to shake, stir, and sip your way to cocktail perfection!

We look forward to hearing from you!
