1. Planning & Preparation: Customer service is the most important element to us at The Rolling Pour. You will speak to me or fellow professional staff members when planning your event. All consultations are complementary, and we will work together through the logistics and desires of your open bar to ensure it is an efficient, smooth and memorable experience.
2. Onsite Bar Management: Making delicious drinks is a big part of what we do but it’s not the only element to The Rolling Pour’s abilities. Every event and venue are different. Once we are onsite, we connect with event planners, caterers, DJs and other points of contact to ensure smooth sailing. There will always be at least 2 bartenders onsite to make sure everything is stocked and ready to roll all the way to last call.
3. Safety and Responsibility: We bring the party, and we want everyone to have fun! With this business comes a big responsibility of keeping our clients and their guests safe. As a professional bartending service, we reserve the right to prevent unsafe overconsumption of alcohol and will notify the client if and when this occurs. When hiring us, you can enjoy your party knowing that your guests’ safety is prioritized.
